Nanjing Bonchi Automatic Transmission Co., Ltd. mainly engages in the research and development and production of automotive transmissions. Its business scope includes the manufacturing of bearings and gears as well as the sales of automotive parts, etc. After entering Nanjing Economic and Technological Development Zone in 2007, the company built the first professional test track in China and achieved an annual production capacity of 850,000 units in 2023. In 2022, the business scope was changed to the research and development and import and export of auto parts. In 2024, an order for an annual production capacity of 80,000 CVT units was signed with Proton in Malaysia, and it is planned to build a factory and start production in Malaysia in 2025. In recent years, the company has been making strategic moves in the new energy sector, developing patented technologies such as longitudinal dual-motor two-speed hybrid power transmission systems and power-split hybrid power transmission systems, and has obtained a patent for oil-cooled motor cooling structures.
